With D3O® Impact Additive™ TPR knuckles to shrug off shrubs, ARIAPRENE® backhand to keep your cool, and AX® Suede BRAVO palm/fingers to get a grip, the Gnar is our most protective MTB glove ever.
Sometimes when you hit the trail, the trail hits back. That's when you need gloves that not only deliver grip and abrasion resistance, but also serve up an added dose of material across the knuckles. The all-new Gnar deploys D3O® Impact Additive™ TPR knuckles to brush aside branches or lessen the blow of the occasional tree punch. D3O also supplies the 3mm crash pad while a pair of Renew Series™ materials lighten the Gnar's impact on the environment: ARIAPRENE® backhand keeps things cool while AX® Suede BRAVO palm/fingers offer up grip that doesn't sacrifice bar feel. The trail can be a rowdy place, but the Giro Gnar has you covered.
  • AX SUEDE® — AX Suede® is a premium microfiber that remains supple and grippy while offering proven durability.
  • ARIAPRENE® MESH — Ariaprene® technology is designed to feel and perform like a second skin, with excellent breathability, allowing the user to experience unrestricted movement control.
  • TOUCHSCREEN TECHNOLOGY — Capacitive touchscreens found on most mobile devices react to natural bio-electricity in your skin. By combining a conductive fiber into the fingertips of select Giro gloves, you can stay connected to your mobile device without removing your gloves.
  • D3O® IA™ — D3O® Impact Additive™ is protection based on non-Newtonian principles. It is soft and flexible in its resting state, but stiffens under an impact to disperse the energy of the force across the surface area of the glove.
  • RENEW SERIES™ — Our Renew Series provides 100% of the comfort, performance and durability you expect from Giro, while using at least 50% receycled materical to reduce renvironmental burden and improve the health of our oceans and planet

Gloves Size Guide

How to measure your size – You can measure the length and width of your hand as illustrated above, and use the Size Guide to determine your size.

  1. Wrap the tape measure around your hand at the widest part of the palm, and lightly close your hand to get your Hand Width measurement.
  2. Once you have that measurement recorded, use a tape measure to determine the length of your hand from the tip of your longest finger to the base of your palm at the wrist. This is your Hand Length measurement.
  3. You can then compare the measurements of your hand with the data supplied in the Size Guide to determine the best fitting size for you..
